When you create an account, make a booking, or contact us, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, passport/ID details (for international bookings), and billing address.
Details of your travel bookings including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, bus tickets, healthcare packages, Hajj & Umrah packages, and international tour bookings.
Card details and transaction history are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referring URLs collected through cookies and similar technologies.
To process bookings, send confirmations, manage your account, issue vouchers, and provide customer support.
To recommend destinations, show relevant offers, remember your preferences, and personalize your browsing experience.
To send booking confirmations, itinerary updates, promotional offers (with your consent), and important service notifications.
