Refund Guarantee
Voyacher is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. All eligible refunds are processed promptly according to the guidelines below.
All approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
If a voucher was used during booking, the voucher amount will be restored to your voucher balance upon cancellation. Cash refunds are not available for voucher amounts.
In cases of partial cancellations (for example cancelling one leg of a round-trip flight), refunds are calculated based on the individual segment fare, not the total booking amount.
All refunds are processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). If the original payment was made in a different currency, exchange rate fluctuations may result in a slight difference in the refunded amount.
Service fees, visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and convenience charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may file a dispute within 30 days of the cancellation by contacting our support team at support@traveleasy.qa with your booking reference and supporting documents.
