Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Voyacher platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
By accessing and using the Voyacher platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including passengers, visitors, and registered account holders.
All bookings made through Voyacher are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a valid booking reference number. Prices displayed are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Voyacher reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after booking confirmation.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Voyacher reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking using an accepted payment method. All transactions are processed securely. Voyacher is not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. Instalment payments through Fly Now Pay Later are subject to separate terms and credit approval.
Travel Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Vouchers have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be renewed or refunded. Voucher balances can be applied to any booking type on the platform.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Different booking types have different cancellation windows and refund percentages.
Voyacher acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for service disruptions, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid through our platform.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary for booking services, communication, and improving our platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
All content on the Voyacher platform including logos, text, images, designs, and software is the property of Voyacher and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
