Important Notice

Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Please review the relevant section below before making a cancellation. All times are based on Qatar Standard Time (AST, UTC+3).

Flight Cancellations

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking for all flight reservations.
Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: Full refund minus QAR 50 processing fee.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before departure: 75% refund.
Cancellations made 1-2 days before departure: 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: No refund.
Promotional or discounted fares may have non-refundable conditions. Check fare rules before booking.

Bus Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure: Full refund.
Cancellations made 12-48 hours before departure: 75% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure: No refund.

Healthcare Travel Packages

Cancellations made 14+ days before the package start date: Full refund minus QAR 100 admin fee.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 60% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
Medical emergencies may be considered for exceptional refunds. Contact support with documentation.

Hajj & Umrah Packages

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus QAR 200 processing fee.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 70% refund.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 40% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted.

International Tour Packages

Cancellations made 21+ days before tour start: Full refund minus QAR 150 admin fee.
Cancellations made 14-20 days before: 70% refund.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 40% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
Some tours with limited availability may have stricter cancellation terms.
